It's been a very bad week, so I apologize for not being very "posty". I have a prolapsed disc in my back, and a cold. The combination is pure agony, so please bear with me! Anyway, for today's bella challenge we had to create something using the original Bella image. I had a different idea in my head, but it involved a lot of colouring, which I didn't get to. SO, I created a fun holiday planner instead using the exclusive Stamping Bella paper doll die. The thing I love about the die is that you can make the bella be whoever you want! For this project, she is obviously "holiday bella", balancing her baking in one hand, with her shopping bags in the other, all while looking fabulous of course! I also used the QuicKutz Christmas tree, a mini hat and a mini pie. The title is created with the Heidi Swapp Handwriting QuicKutz font, a new favourite! The inside pages were all created very simply using Microsoft Word. If you want a copy of the file created, just email me and I will send it to you. I printed the pages on vanilla cardstock, and mounted them on a second sheet of coloured cardstock. Each page is backed with a sheet of patterned paper, and stitched together, to create pockets! Love that I have so many pockets. These will be great for receipts, memorabilia etc. This is a great project for those of you who don't want to do a December Daily book, but still want to make **something**. You could add some sheets for journaling, and it would make a nice keepsake. Here's the project:
